Our employability program is split into three main areas: 

Self-Employment

We will assign you to a mentor if you are looking to start a business. We will support you in areas including general business planning, digital marketing and website development:

  • Workshops to learn and implement in your business
  • We will assign you to a mentor to support you through your journey
  • Support with how to start a thriving business online
  • In depth knowledge of digital marketing
  • Creation of a user friendly website
  • Provide guidance on how to network online to reach prospective customers

 

If you are unemployed and would love to start a business get in touch to see if you qualify.

Job seekers

 We will support you in your job search and assign you to a mentor to equip you with all the knowledge needed to find your ideal job.

With the help of focused training and a network of mentors we aim to help the participants in our program advance towards employment by improving their overall employability.


In our program you will receive:

  • Career coaching for job seekers who struggle to use online platforms to find and apply for online vacancies.
  • We will show you how to use social media and LinkedIn to find a new role.
  • We will review your online applications/ help you to plan for zoom interviews/ assess LinkedIn profiles and job searches.

Placement and Volunteering

We provide placement and volunteering opportunities in industries where this is a skills shortage.

This work experience will help to strengthen your CV and provide real life project experience to draw from when applying for a job and preparing for interviews.
A mentor will be assigned to you to support you through your training and job applications.
