Get Berkshire Active

Get Berkshire Active is one of a network of 43 Active Partnerships (AP) across England. We are a charity with a social purpose to transform lives through Sport and Physical Activity. Funded nationally through Sport England we help to deliver the government strategy for Sport locally.

GWR

GWR is one of the largest train companies in Britain, with more than 100 million customers. When the Great Western Railway was built, it opened the West and Wales to trade and tourism. And now, along with our partners at Network Rail, we’re proud to have the chance to look after your railway.

#OneSlough

The #OneSlough initiative was created at the start of the pandemic in March 2020. Bringing together, the voluntary, and business sectors and faith communities, with Slough Borough Council, resources and skills were combined, to deliver essential services to Slough residents.

Slough CVS

Slough CVS exists to support and develop the voluntary sector in Slough. Acting as an umbrella body they bring continuity to the sector while enabling members to continue delivering vital support to the local community. They offer a range of support to communities like ours including training, advice and tools to help us run effectively and provide the best outcome for the community we support.

With almost 60,000 homes focused in a core area covering Berkshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Dorset, Devon, Wiltshire, the West of England and the Isle of Wight, Sovereign is leading housing association, striving to provide quality, affordable homes in happy, successful places.
