Description
The PlayShop
The Playshop will teach the children the basics of baking. Teach them the importance of hygiene and safety before they embark on any cooking projects. They will work in teams to mix ingredients to make scones and cookies. At the end of the session, they will be able to take home their creations.
All ingredients required for baking will be provided. Each child will also give a disposal apron to make sure they don’t get their clothes dirty. All activities will be a classroom session, away from the kitchen. The children will not be required to go near an oven
Children will get their hands dirty baking something tasty whilst learning the importance of food hygiene. Just don’t expect there to be any cookies left by the time they get home.
