Play Shop Leader: Naim Ahmad

Naim is the Founder & Director of Tutors4Berkshire and have tutored children from Reception to GCSE. He has led lessons across schools in Slough and is known for his ability to engage children and make learning fun.

The PlayShop

Children will first be taught the rules of chess and a diagram of all the pieces will be shown on the board. Children will then find a partner and they will play against each other.

Benefits of learning to play Chess

Children will be able to boost their memories, analytical skills.

Patience and teamwork skills.

Children will take pride in learning the basics of a game which is 1500 years old.
